What is the Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice via email or message. No refunds are issued for payments already taken. Cancelling before completing 12 consecutive payments will result in loss of the complimentary microneedling session.
How do I use my Beauty Bank Balance?
Monthly payments build as credit for use towards treatments with Melissa. Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and can only be redeemed against services. Cash withdrawals are not permitted, and no interest is applied to any balance.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments must be made in full and on time each month. Failed or missed payments may result in cancellation of your membership. All payments are non-refundable.
