VIP Beauty Bank – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The VIP Beauty Bank is a monthly membership programme where you pay an agreed amount into your beauty balance, redeemable against treatments and services provided by Melissa.

1.2 By signing up, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and authorise monthly payments via GoCardless.

2. Membership Levels & Payments

  • Bronze: £30 per month

  • Silver: £50 per month

  • Gold: £100 per month

2.1 Payments are taken monthly via Direct Debit.

2.2 Your payment agreement is strictly between you and Melissa.

3. Member Benefits

Birthday Voucher

  • Bronze: £10 All-for-One voucher

  • Silver: £15 All-for-One voucher

  • Gold: £20 All-for-One voucher

12-Month Loyalty Gift

3.1 After 12 consecutive monthly payments, members will receive one complimentary microneedling session.

3.2 Any break, pause, failed payment, or cancellation within the 12-month period will void this reward.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payments must be made in full and on time each month.

4.2 Failed or missed payments may result in cancellation of your membership.

4.3 All payments are non-refundable.

5. Cooling-Off Period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of sign-up. During this time, you may cancel for a full refund, provided no benefits or vouchers have been used.

6. Using Your Beauty Bank Balance

6.1 Monthly payments accumulate as credit for treatments with Melissa.

6.2 Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

6.3 Credits can only be used for services and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

6.4 No interest is applied to any balance.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice (email or message).

7.2 No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

7.3 Cancelling before 12 consecutive payments forfeits the complimentary microneedling session.

8. Programme Termination

Melissa reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships in cases of:

  • Repeated failed payments

  • Misuse of membership benefits

  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions

Any unused credit will remain on your account but is non-refundable

9. Changes to Terms

Melissa reserves the right to update pricing, benefits, or Terms & Conditions with prior notice. Continued membership confirms acceptance of any changes.

10. Liability

All treatments are subject to separate consent forms and policies. Melissa is not liable for loss of credit due to missed appointments, cancellations, or non-attendance.
