Here are some answers to some of the most common questions we get asked.

Yes, All deposits requested must be paid to confirm appointment and please complete relevant medical and questionaire forms.

Deposits / Booking fees are non-refundable or transferrable

  • You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment.

  • You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Up to 48hours is 50% cost of the fee anything less than 24 hours is 100% of the cost of the treatment that you are required to pay.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. When you arrive, enter via reception and proceed down the corridor. Take a seat in the waiting area on the right-hand side. I will come and collect you when I am ready for you.

All prescription only treatments must carry out a consultation before so please book this so I can schedule you in with my prescriber. You can book the consultation on our online booking system. Click here

Unfortunately, we do not have any parking available on site, there is road side parking available on pen street it’s self. Alternatively, there is pay and display parking two minute walk on Boston Green or alternatively at Pescod Square car park, off Silver Street.
