Booking Fee Policy – Please Read

When securing your appointment, all booking fees are taken automatically at the time of booking through our aesthetic nurse software. This fee is required to confirm your appointment and allows specific products to be ordered in advance, tailored to your treatment.

Many treatments involve prescription-only medications (POMs), which are patient-specific and cannot be reused or transferred. Once ordered, products are allocated solely to you. If you cancel or do not attend your appointment, the product cannot be reused and must be disposed of, meaning the cost cannot be recovered.

For this reason, all booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception.

This policy ensures safe, ethical practice and helps maintain the quality and sustainability of the service provided.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will apply (please refer to the Booking Fee Policy for full details regarding cancellations and rescheduling).

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: the full treatment cost will be charged.

  • No-shows: failure to attend your appointment will result in the full treatment cost being charged. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

Appointments can be changed or cancelled via the link in your confirmation email.

This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide the best service to all clients. Please note that failure to pay any cancellation fees may result in future appointments being cancelled and restriction from booking again at Belle Beautique Aesthetics.
